Bletchley Park is a vibrant heritage attraction, once the top-secret home to World War Two Codebreakers. We are looking to recruit 2x full time Customer Service Administrators / Visits Coordinators to join our team. In addition to salary, we offer 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), company pension scheme and BUPA wellbeing cash plan.
Open daily to visitors, our Mission is to preserve and enhance Bletchley Park, to attract, engage and educate visitors from all over the world through the continuing restoration and development of the entire estate and our exhibitions.
Working as a Customer Service Administrator / Visits Coordinator your areas of responsibility will include:
To be the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries into Bletchley Park.
To process bookings and enquiries relating to general admission, online ticket sales, events, learning visits, group visits, gift tickets, afternoon teas and special visits.
To respond to all bookings and events enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
To work efficiently and collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and complete service provision.
Maintaining the bookings schedule and update partners of any changes e.g., Catering team, Maintenance team.
To support the Events and Bookings team to organise and deliver the Park’s public event programme when required.
Acting as a positive ambassador for Bletchley Park Trust.
Providing excellent customer service in everything you do.

This Visits Coordinator role would suit people from a customer service, sales administrator, booking coordinator, visitor experience background.
In return, you will receive a salary of £20,000 per annum. Hours are 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including some weekend working, as required on a rota basis) and occasionally some early evenings which will be recompensed by time in lieu.
