A Legal 500 Law firm based in Buckinghamshire have a requirement for a qualified
Wills, Trust & Probate Lawyer to join them on a full time permanent basis.

You will be a minimum of two years PQE and must be confident in dealing with your own caseload under minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be required to:
– Manage a case load of a range of Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
-Be confident in networking and building business relationship through business development
-Have a good working knowledge of the basic IT packages, preferably with experience on case management systems
-Provide an excellent level of client care.
