Legal 200 practice offering a competitive remunerations package seeks an Employment Solicitor in Buckinghamshire.

Joining a specialist employment team in the firms Milton Keynes office, the successful solicitor will utilise their skills and experience to manage their own caseload of employment matters for both claimant and respondent. Additionally, you will play an active role in business development and marketing and build strong long, lasting client relationships.

Disciplinary hearings
Drafting contracts and terms and conditions
Employment Tribunal claims

The Candidate

A qualified solicitor with 6 years’ PQE gained within a leading London or Legal 500 practice
Knowledge of claimant and respondent employment work will be essential
Technically proficient and commercially aware
Possesses outstanding communication skills at all levels  
A confident advocate with tribunal and courts experience
Works well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
Is personable, highly organised and client focused
Has a flair for business development and marketing
