Senior Corporate Associate

£65,000 – £95,000 per annum + Excellent Company Benefits

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Corporate Associate on behalf of a large, award winning, global Law firm with offices in Milton Keynes. Their Lawyers work on a wide range of corporate transactional and advisory mandates, delivering a first-class service. You will take a lead role within the Corporate transactional team, advising national, global, and emerging companies across a wide variety of sectors including, Real Estate, Transport and Infrastructure, Financial Services and Automotive among others. You will connect with clients across the globe and work on a range of corporate transactions such as M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate governance/restructuring projects. This role would ideally suit a 6+ year PQE Lawyer.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Building and maintaining client relationships, new and existing.

· Contribute to business development and raising the profile of the firm.

· Coaching and mentoring team members.

· Providing pragmatic and innovative client solutions.

Skills and experience required:

· 6+ years PQE.

· A Degree or equivalent.

· In depth knowledge of corporate transactions.

· Strong financial, commercial, and business awareness.

· Ability to work independently using initiative as well as project management as part of a team.

· Drafting skills and legal research ability.

· Experience of working with corporate clients both in the UK and internationally.

· Committed to delivering exceptional levels of service to clients.

· Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

· Demonstrates sound judgement and resilience.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

· Driven and ambitious with a passion for success.

· Ability to manage change by taking ownership for resolving problems pro-actively.
