Douglas Scott is working closely with a well-regarded client based in Milton Keynes looking for an experienced  Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer.

The ideal candidate will:

Have 3-5 years PQE in relevant area of law
Excellent client care skills
Provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Cod of Conduct
Our client is looking for candidates comfortable with handling a varied caseload consisting of freeholds, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgageds, shared ownership schemes, right to buy, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
