Are you actively seeking a new Residential Property opportunity?

One of my clients, a medium sized award-winning firm, is currently recruiting for 2 paralegals to join their Conveyancing Team at their Milton Keynes office.

As the successful candidate, you will be predominantly supporting the property team and your initial responsibility will be dependant on your level of experience.

The first role is for a senior paralegal with preferable 2-3 years' experience minimum. Ideally you will be able to do reports on searches and mortgage offers as well as run sale files. Being comfortable doing exchanges would also be preferable.

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000

The second role is working the Directors team and is more admin based. No conveyancing experience will be necessary but the successful candidate will be well organised with great attention to detail.

Duties will include controlling the teams email inbox, assisting with updates on the phone and email to clients and estate agents. Monitoring lender portals in respect of downloading mortgage offers that come in.

There will also be an element of conveyancing work at the early stages of a transaction but training will be provided. This would include obtaining ID via an online portal for clients and sending out payment links to get money on account.

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000
