RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER
BUCKINGHAM
£35K-£45K

Douglas Scott is currently looking for a driven Residential Conveyancer of 2-5 years PQE to join our client, a well-established boutique firm and their small residential team, in their Buckingham office.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, with a history of handling a full and varied caseload including purchases, sales, freehold and leasehold properties, remortgaging, transfers of equity and more.

The ideal candidate will be somebody who has great communication skills, can work efficiently as a team as well as individually. This role is for someone who can handle their own caseload, has good administration skills and generate fees in accordance with targets.

This position can be a part-time position or full-time.
