My client who are a highly established firm based in Buckinghamshire have a  requirement for a  Residential Conveyancer (either a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate must have at least three years experience in dealing with a full range Residential  Conveyancing matters.

The candidate will be required to:

Demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a Residential Conveyancing caseload  with minimum supervision
Be confident in networking and building business relationship through business development
Help evolve the marketing strategy within the Conveyancing team
Title Checking
Preparation of contracts and supporting documents
Have a good working knowledge of the basic IT packages, preferably with experience on case management systems
