gap professional is working with this regional law firm with a strong presence along the M4 corridor to help grow their already impressive Residential Conveyancing team. This Top 200 Law Firm has recently opened an office in Berkshire and now seek a strong Residential Property Partner to further their goals. This vacancy has been brought about by the extensive growth in the property team even throughout the pandemic.

Role Responsibilities

As Residential Conveyancing Partner 7+ PQE you will be responsible for all aspects of buying and selling property.
The team covers the surrounding home counties in Buckinghamshire and West London and frequently deals with a range of services such as leasehold property purchase, equity release, joint ownership, lease extensions and land acquisition.

You will also work with the team to develop and grow the presence of the Residential Property team with business development activities.

To be successful in this vacancy, you need to have a track record of generating your own referrals through various business development activities – and candidates with pre-existing relationships will be a benefit in the application.
