Our Client is an excellent law firm in Milton Keynes who are looking for a residential conveyancing legal assistant to join the team. The role has come about due to continued success and growth of the Milton Keynes office.
The successful candidates will be assisting and supporting the senior fee earners in the team on full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales & purchases of freehold & leasehold properties.
Duties will include:
*Assisting fee earners with residential property matters.
*File opening, closing and archiving
*Working directly with clients and partners to ensure a smooth service.
*Drafting Contracts and Transfer Deeds.
*Drafting and submitting Land Registry returns.
*Responding to Requisitions raised by the Land Registry.
*Drafting notices and letters.
