An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding law firm.

The firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancer, preferably 2-3 years PQE however they would consider less experience if they are a competent individual.

The need has arisen due to the firms growing workload. They are looking for a candidate who is able to join and deal with these existing files working within a team of 3 support staff and 2 property consultants.

The firm offer some working from home flexibility. They currently work in the office between 1-3 days per week – the successful candidate will be expected to work in the office to begin with to get a feel of the firm however.

Your role will mainly involve the day to day running of their own case load aswell as progressing sales and purchase transactions from start to finish

The ideal candidate will have strong conveyancing knowledge and experience of managing their own caseload.
