Our client is a national law firm with an office based in Milton Keynes who are looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor NQ – 3 years PQE join their award-winning team.
The successful applicant will be handling a broad range of high-net worth Commercial Real Estate matters with an emphasis on land acquisition & development work. Work would include site acquisitions and disposals, site assemblies, pursuant to both conditional and unconditional contracts, Option and Promotion Agreements, Joint venture and Development Agreements.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a national practice with an outstanding reputation, offering excellent career prospects for the right candidate.

Salary is between £45,000 to £55,000 per annum as well as a great benefits package with the opportunity to work remotely from home and in the office.
