Professional Support Advisor/Lawyer
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Working hours: Full-time (will consider 4 days per week)
Locations: Remote – with Travel to head office in Wilmslow

We are looking for a technical employment law knowledge expert who can make a continuous and positive contribution to and add value to our business. Demonstrable/proven employment law expertise, results-driven, and action-orientated, proactivity, with your outstanding technical (employment law/HR) knowledge and interpersonal skills, people will want to work with you.
The role
Work with the Head of Employment Law to:
– Review and continue to develop content for Atlas (internal platform), also working closely with the key service leaders and colleagues:
* Keep up to date and write new factsheets.
* Write 'know-how' guides for clients
* Focus on improving the regional and sector-specific content of our communications for clients and prospects.
– Proactively keep the business and clients updated with forthcoming changes in employment law and communicate the impact for clients.
– Identify training and development needs across the wider EL&HR team focusing on quality of advice/documentation, risk awareness and service excellence to ensure a cohesive approach across the team.
– Collaborate with service colleagues to understand how to enhance/open communication channels to our client base and develop relevant, appropriate content for CHATBOT. Success outcome: CHATBOT live with a phased plan for topics, monitor uptake and refine as needed.
– Ensure all client content is in line with the branding/tone/voice of Citation.
– Deliver webinars/seminars/training presentations/podcasts for clients/colleagues/partners, considering commercial revenue-generating opportunities as appropriate, including a focus on sector-specific content.
– Write articles and client communications, responding in an agile way to changing demands/needs.
– Deliver training/briefing sessions across the wider business
– Play an active role in the bi-weekly informal drop-in 'Ask me' sessions when required.
– Take responsibility for upskilling those in the team who require additional support/coaching/learning in terms of their employment law/HR knowledge etc.
The Person
* As a Professional Support Lawyer/Advisor, you will continuously seek opportunities to add value, and have a desire to stretch yourself and empower those around you to help you achieve your goals
* You will challenge the norm, work collaboratively with others in the wider EL&HR and sales teams and work with the Field Managers to produce new contracts of employment and employee handbook templates that not just meet legislative requirements but include a tone of voice in line with Citation's brand and values, and which supports the culture of our clients.
