Our client, is a public distance Learning and Research University, and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Manager to work within their Validation Partnerships team to join them asap until 31st July 2021, working 37hrs a week and working from home (equipment will be supplied). Hourly rate is £17.57ph – equates to £33,797pa.
About the Role
The person will primarily support the administrative processes for the University's arrangements and requirements for the approval and review of potential and existing partners delivering OU validated awards. Working on the annual monitoring of partner institutions processes and the development of new validation partnerships.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of quality assurance processes.
Experience, knowledge and understanding of developing, implementing and managing administrative processes.
Experience of analysing and interpreting data and using this information to produce reports.
Proven ability to interpret policy and disseminate information effectively.
Excellent inter-personal and negotiating skills, with the ability and confidence to influence, advise and support others over whom there is no formal authority.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Educated to undergraduate degree level, equivalent higher education qualification or equivalent experience.
