£20 p/h – £30 p/h

Douglas Scott are currently hiring for Locum Conveyancing Solicitor to join our clients boutique firm and their small and busy team for a three month period. This position is one which after three months, it is then possible for the role to become a part time role.

This role is largely residential based,so transactions such as remortgaging / leaseholds / freeholds / transfers of equity and more – however, there is some light commercial work such as leases to shops, not anything corporate.

You will be working alongside a paralegal who will assist you with most admin work, and will be working with conveyancing folders per clients.
