Role – Litigation Assistant or Secretary
Salary – £23,000 – £27,000 depending on experience
Location – Maidenhead, Berkshire  

We are delighted to be working with a long-standing client of ours based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, who are actively looking for a Litigation Assistant to join their ever-growing team! You should have some knowledge or experience within a Litigation department and be willing to learn and develop into the role.

The duties of the role?

Photocopying of documents
Preparing bundles for trials
Scheduling
Dictation
Drafting letters and documents
Liaising with clients and others
Arranging fixed fee client interviews
Ensuring file notes of all telephone conversations and meetings prepared
Appropriate legal research/drafting
Diary management
Attend any training sessions either internal or external and networking events as and when required
Deal with all work promptly and efficiently and accuratelyWhat do they ask of you?

Have some experience within Litigation
Hands on approach with ability to work under pressure
Be a proven team player showing flexibility and enthusiasm in all duties
Interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate well with colleagues, clients, and experts
Ability to work with others at all levels of the Firm
Positive attitude
Strong attention to detailEasy transport routes from; Maidenhead, Reading, Slough, High Wycombe, Newbury, Henley-on-Thames, Didcot, Cookham, London, Marlow, Bracknell, Bourne End, Windsor, Wokingham

Job Type – Permanent
Status – Full-Time (Mon-Fri) 9am-5:30pm
