Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Legal Secretary – Private Client based in Milton Keynes for a top law firm.

The role…

As the Legal Secretary – Private Client your role will involve the following important duties:

Assist the Wealth team with Private Client matters including Wills, Trusts and probate
Take on billing and basic credit control for those clients
Build rapport with clients
Support other teams in Real Estate, Commercial and Corporate as appropriate in the longer term
The experience required…

As a successful Legal Secretary – Private Client, you will have the following:

2 years' experience as a Legal secretary
Experience of Private Clients (Will, Trusts & probate)
Knowledge of Advanced Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Access
Knowledge of General Accounts, Solicitor's Accounts Rules and Money Laundering Procedures would be an advantage
Summary of the Legal Secretary – Private Client role…

Salary: up to £27,000 per annum dependent upon experience

Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: full time, Monday – Friday, 9-530pm
