Legal Counsel sought on a 12-month FTC in a home working capacity but with occasional travel needed to Milton Keynes.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive to join our client’s thriving company working from home on a 12-month FTC. The successful applicant will assist the senior and general counsel as required, whilst providing support and guidance with retention and licensing of IP and purchasing activities within the business. Flexibility will be essential as you will be required to travel to the firm’s offices in Milton Keynes.

The Candidate

Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of three years’ PQE
Experience in company commercial is essential
Demonstrate an interest in legal and contracts and healthcare and/or information technology
Strong negotiation skills
Excel in written and verbal communication
IT proficient

Our client is a long-established leading supplier of care record software to care services all over the UK including the NHS. A new opportunity has arisen for a talented solicitor or legal executive to support this firm with their contracting activities with their customers and suppliers and assisting the Group’s Senior and General Counsel with a range of corporate matters.
