Our client is a well-established law firm recognised throughout the Chilterns, Home Counties and Thames Valley as a leading provider of high quality legal services. They work with a broad range of both corporate and private clients across their seven offices.
You will have fast and accurate data inputting skills and ability to manage the departments new business and working in a team environment. A willingness to help the team with all areas of administration and after appropriate training to expand your role within the team. You will be expected to have high levels of communication and Microsoft Office skills. You must be familiar with general AML risks and how to spot red flags (but some training will be given).
Outline of Duties
You will be responsible for:-
* Case Management entry of new matters
* File set up including a review of ID given by clients and understanding where additional information is required
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients and hand over seamlessly to the lawyer once set up
* Working in a team and communicating regularly to ensure jobs are completed in a timely fashion
* Filing system
* Supporting the Team with calls, general enquiries etc
After appropriate training
* Compiling your own written communications
* Drafting documentation as required
* Developing knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and AML requirements
* Developing knowledge of case management system
* Assisting with organizing client meetings and ID checks
