Competitive remunerations package on offer for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer within a Legal 200 practice in Buckinghamshire.

Joining a CQS accredited team located in Milton Keynes, the successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing transaction from instruction to post completion. Additionally, they will maintain sound knowledge of CQS including reaccreditation.

Freehold and leasehold transactions
Sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Shared ownership
Transfers of equity
Right to buy
Plot sales
Liaising with clients and external professionalsThe Candidate

Solicitors, legal executive or licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
Technically proficient in freehold and leasehold conveyancing
Possesses in depth knowledge of CQS including re-accreditation
Consistently strong academic record
Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
Landlord and tenant or part exchange experience is advantageous
Team management experience will be essential
A team player with a desire for professional developmentThe Firm
