Residential conveyancing lawyer sought on a full-time permanent basis in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with over three years’ experience in residential conveyancing to join a well-regarded firm’s property team. The successful candidate will use their skills and expertise to manage a full caseload, while maintaining the firm’s excellent client care reputation.

Managing own caseload
Sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
Lease extensions
Declaration of trust
Agreeing exchanges
Liaising with external professionals
The Candidate

Solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
Technically proficiency in residential conveyancing is essential
Proven track record of carrying a full caseload
Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines
IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
A team player with a desire for professional development
