CQS accredited firm in Buckinghamshire seeks a skilful Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious solicitor, legal executive, paralegal or licenced conveyancer to join our client’s multi-accredited practice based in Milton Keynes. The successful applicant will handle a rewarding caseload of residential conveyancing matters, whilst exceeding the firm’s high standards of professionalism and client care.

Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
New builds
Help to buy
Shared ownership
Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions 

The Candidate

Solicitors, legal executives, paralegals and licenced conveyancers with a minimum of two years’ PQE
Technical proficiency in residential conveyancing is essential
A strong communicator, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear manner
A team player with a flair for business development
Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
