Lawyer with private client expertise sought within established Buckinghamshire practice on a permanent basis.

This an excellent opportunity for a pro-active and ambitious lawyer to join a highly successful team located in Milton Keynes. Utilising your skills and expertise in this field, the successful lawyer will provide high quality advice on private client matters through the management of a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

Will drafting
Probate matters
Estate administration
Handling lasting powers of attorney
Advising on inheritance tax
Court of Protection matters
Building long-lasting client relationshipsThe Candidate

Qualified solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
Technical proficiency in private client is essential
Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ensures a client-focused approach at all times
Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
Strives for high standards in their work
