Legal 200 practice in Buckinghamshire seeks a talented Litigation Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our client’s Legal 500 firm in Milton Keynes. Utilising your skills and experience in general litigation and insolvency matters, the successful lawyer will prove their excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

General commercial litigation matters
Insolvency
Misfeasance
Wrongful trading
Antecedent transaction recovery
Appointment of administrators
Applications under the Insolvency Act
Non-contentious and advisory matters
General contractual and negligence claims
Shareholder disputes
Warranty claims
The Candidate

Solicitors and legal executives with at least 4 years’ PQE
Solid experience in commercial litigation and insolvency matters
Previous advocacy experience is desirable
Excellent academic records
Great interpersonal, negotiation and marketing skills
Has a keen eye for details
Able to work unsupervised
