Newly qualified lawyer sought for leading firm working in the corporate department based in Milton Keynes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to join a highly regarded firm on a full-time permanent basis. With experience within corporate and reorganisation transactions gained through a training contract or post qualification, the successful candidate will join a talented team and work on a variety of corporate transactions.

The Candidate

Newly qualified solicitor or Legal executive with less than 1 years PQE
Experience in corporate and reorganisation transactions
IT proficient
A strong communicator both verbally and in writing
Demonstrates a desire for business development activities
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
