Legal 500 firm in Buckinghamshire seeks a Commercial Property Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilful solicitor or legal executive to join our client’s thriving, multi-accredited practice based in Milton Keynes. The successful applicant will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision, whilst maintaining the firm’s excellence for client care and service.

Landlord and tenant matters
Commercial leases
Acquisitions
Disposals
Advising on/drafting leases
New leases
Lease renewals
Licences
Undertaking due diligence
Warranty reviews
Business development 

The Candidate

Solicitors and legal executives with at least one year’s PQE
Experience in commercial property is essential for this role
Organised with the ability to multi-task effectively
Demonstrate a desire for business development activities
Commercially aware
