A Highly reputable leading firm in Milton Keynes seeks to welcome an experienced Private Client Solicitor as Head of Department. The Ideal candidate will be at least 7 years PQE with extensive knowledge dealing with a range of Private Client matters and is STEP Qualified.

Skills/Experience required:

Experience of supervising/mentoring junior staff
Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills
Experience handling a varied caseload of Private client matters (including wills, probate, estate administration, Intestacy, Care of the Elderly, lasting Powers of attorney, court of protection/deputyship orders etc.)
