Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Department in the Aylesbury area.

We are representing our client, a well-established regional firm, with an excellent opportunity in the Aylesbury area, searching for a candidate to join the busy Conveyancing team.

The ideal candidate will be:
An accomplished solicitor with experience leading a team, to join the property team and supervise members of staff.
Our client is looking for someone who is PQE of 4/5 years minimum, who leads with a friendly and pragmatic approach to client experience.
The successful candidate will be extremely attentive to networking and will have built / building great relationships with real estate agents.

Benefits:
This role is a full-time position which offers the possibility of home-working a couple of days per week.

Salary:
The salary is dependent on experience.
