The opportunity

Our client are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Associate to join theirs team of dedicated professionals in their Norwich office to run a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated Employment cases. To ensure you thrive in the role, we will provide you with structured supervision, coaching and training as well as a nurturing environment, where you can grow and shape your career.

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Rights Lawyer who has a large amount of experience conducting and managing Employment cases. As an admitted solicitor or legal executive, you will be assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims that come in through their dedicated Employment Advice Line.
