EMPLOYMENT LAWYER
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE
£50K-£70K

Douglas Scott is recruiting an exciting opportunity to join a Legal 500 firm. Our client is looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer, of the expertise of 8 + years PQE. In this role, there will be other duties included such as travelling to London and client sites – so access to own car is essential.

The ideal candidate will be:

Highly skilled at managing a high workload
Experienced with working in a fast paced environment, dealing with highly demanding medium to large corporate clients.
Must have experience with contentious and non contentious experience
Advising corporate clients
Technical expertise and knowledge including TUPE, restructures, employee relations, changing terms and conditions , IR35 etc
Working closely to Head of Department, and exposure to Partner's cases from time to time
Effective in developing new work from existing clients and seek new clients for yourself and other
Preferably have contacts, but not required
Flexible with dealing with a number of matters at any given time
Salary will be dependent on experience.
