Our Client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their established Law practice in Milton Keynes.

If you are capable assisting in aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfers, freehold and leasehold work, this could be a great aopportunity for you to expand on your existing skillset.

Requirements Assisting with:

* Sale & Purchase

* New Builds

* Transfer of Equity

* Re-mortgages

* Leasehold & Freehold

* Shared Ownership

Responsibility Overview:

* Assisting case-loads relating to residential conveyancing transactions;

* Assisting with Purchase, Transfer, Re Mortgage and Sale transactions;

* Liaison with clients, estate agents, commercial agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors

* Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills required

* Applying to Land Registry for documents and obtaining redemption statements
