Responsibilities:

Draft, review and advice on a range of commercial contracts and agreements ensuring the companies commercial interests are protected – including software, data protection agreements and standard terms
Help with complex contractual problems
Act as a trusted legal resource to colleagues
Work alongside internal teams to ensure people are knowledgeable on all areas
Advise on any issues and risks
Support internal stakeholders with contract creation, drafting and review
Create, update and manage legal templates
Support the intellectual property team with guidanceExperience:

Experience in contact drafting and review
Extensive knowledge on of commercial contact law
Legal qualification with practical commercial contract drafting experience
Working knowledge of privacy law, GDPR, copyright and trademark lawIt would be desirable to have experience working in house or in a secondment role
