Title: Solicitor – Commercial Property

Reports to: Commercial Property Partners

Job Purpose Summary:

Connect Legal are currently recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitors to join our client based in Milton Keynes. Dealing with work for a wide range of clients across sectors including property development, drinks hospitality and leisure; property investors; retail; owner managed businesses and agriculture.

They are looking to expand their team by recruiting someone with at least five years’ PQE. They will help as part of the team on the larger transactions and also to run their own case load. This is a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to Heald’s large portfolio of business-owning clients and HNW private clients. The ability to provide an efficient and business like service is key to Heald’s clients.

Experience in some or all of the following fields will be required:

* Freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal;

* Landlord and Tenant (negotiating new and renewal leases, ancillary documentation, 1954 Act applications and advising on implications of documentation);

* Infrastructure agreements;

* Property related construction documentation.

A significant number of their clients operate across the country, although many are based in Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.

The candidate must be high calibre intellectually, personable, a team player, able to use modern technology and driven by the desire to deliver service of the highest quality.

Salary – £50k – £80k DOE
