A well established and regional law firm operating in the Ascot area are now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ PQE to join their growing team. They have had a huge influx of work in the Commercial Property department and will also consider a Locum Solicitor for a period of 6 months due to requirements.

The firm is a top tier Legal 500 on the outskirts of Berkshire and has been a voice of expertise in the legal market for nearly 20 years. They have a personal and pragmatic approach to law and underpins their success. In addition, they are a commercially minded outfit but have core values in effective teamwork and collaboration.

The Role

The firm is now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ PQE on a full-time basis or on a 6-month basis.

The firm acts for a variety of developers on commercial schemes ranging from single use sites to large scale developments. The firm also has a particular specialism in join ventures acting for Landowners and developers.

They firm deals with matters pertaining to; leases, plot sales, licenses, freehold acquisitions and disposals and more.
