Due to continued growth, my client based in Buckinghamshire have a requirement for a Commercial Property Lawyer  to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate must have at least two years experience in dealing with a full range Commercial Property matters.

The candidate will be required to:

Demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a Commercial Property caseload  with minimum supervision
Be confident in networking and building business relationship through business development
Deal with Leases and Renewals, Licences to Alter, Licences to Underlet
Preparation of contracts and supporting documents
Have a good working knowledge of the basic IT packages, preferably with experience on case management systems
