We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Secretary to join a well-established law firm based in Milton Keynes. Full and Part Time hours will be considered.
The role will be based within the Commercial Litigation team for 2/3 days each week – and then you will provide a float secretary service for the remaining 2/3 days of the week – gaining great exposure across the legal services the firm provide – which include employment law, wills and probate, commercial and residential property and company and commercial.
It is essential that you are a team player with:
* Exceptional secretarial skills
* Meticulous administrative skills
* Strong telephone skills and excellent customer facing skills
* Proactive and enthusiastic
* Precise typing skills
* Case Management experience
* Accurate presentation of work and attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
