We are excited to be working with a market leading, multi-award winning tech start-up assisting with their search for an experienced UX Designer to join their growing UX team.

The position will see you:

Identify opportunities for discovery research, conduct and deliver insights to help shape product and design decisions.
Providing research insight and direction to the product and design team to formulate ideas on improving products on an ongoing basis.
Scoping, arranging, and conducting strategic user research, usability testing activities.
Working closely with our product, tech and propositions teams designing and delivering outstanding feature improvements.
Liaising with our head UX designer to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

At least 2 years commercial experience in a UX focussed position.
Dedicated formal training in UX, not necessarily a degree, but a solid educational understanding of the subject.
Experience designing mobile application.
Excellent knowledge around Data Analysis and Heat Mapping
A thorough understanding of Figma, with experience building complex prototypes.

This position offers the following:

A salary of up to £40,000
