Our clients are seeking an entry-level project manager. You will be part of a determined agency, experiencing quick growth. This is a great opportunity where you can progress alongside the company, working closely with the directors. Hours – 9am -5:30pm
There will be a 6 weeks in-house training program to get you updated with my processes.
As a Junior project manager:
• Support transformation workstreams including the development of plans, managing critical paths and interdependencies to deliver major change successfully
• Support delivery including, progress reporting, risk management and financial controls in relation to a project, programme or workstream
• Support the growth of client relationships, identifying new opportunities within both existing and new clients, and supporting proposals to win work
• Support the development of our propositions, solutions and methods, and industry points of view
• Demonstrate excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills across all levels of client stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed:
• You are organised and process-driven.
• You are enthusiastic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• You are keen to learn project management best practices (ie. roadmapping, budget management).
• You enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time
• You love creating order in a creative environment.
• You have some commercial awareness to ensure your projects stay on track in terms of budgets and timings.
• You have your finger on the pulse at all times and love being a go-to person for project related queries.
• You are keen to learn to become an expert at using our agency management software.
• You are happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!
