My client that have performed well during this lockdown period are in search of a trainee Technical Support Field Engineer. They offer a competitive salary, work with the latest technologies and offer a great route for career progression.

Trainee Support Field Engineer Roles and Responsibilities include:

·Working in line with SLA’s resolving customer IT issues onsite.

·Working closely with on-site technicians to deal with IT related issues.

·Troubleshooting and finding fixes for various pieces of Hardware and Software.

·Working closely with the wider team to ensure ticket data is clear and escalated appropriately.

·Upselling products and services when required.

·Working with the following technologies, Windows 10/pro, Networks Cisco, Microsoft products and servers.

Technical Support Field Engineer Skills and Experience required.

·CompTIA+ Certification

·Good customer service and communication skills

·Exposure to an IT Support setting

·Driving Licence and vehicle.
