About the role:

As our Test Analyst, you will be leading a small team of Test Analysts, using your expertise to provide training, support, and coaching to the team. You will join the Smart CX programme, implementing a new contact technology platform into our existing UK and Europe based clients.

Main responsibilities of our Test Analyst:

– Carrying out procedures to ensure that all applications under testing meet organisational standards and meet end-user requirements

– Thoroughly testing applications and systems to ensure they are free from defects

– Working to identify all problems to ensure a resolution

– Reporting progresses on testing and problem resolution to appropriate parties

– Devising improvements to current procedures and developing models of possible future configurations

– Conducting online, batch and data verification testing

– Analysing requirements necessary to design testing strategies

– Utilising identification and design processes to increase efficiency, performance, and reliability

– Working with stakeholders, business, developers and test analysts to develop test plans, conditions and cases

– Working with programming to condition accounts and execute special testing requirements for test validation

– Demonstrating a base knowledge of using multiple environments to validate test conditions and review data values

What we are looking for in our Test Analyst:

– Bachelor's Degree

– Relevant Experience or Degree in: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field; additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered

– Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience
