IT Support Team Lead – Banbury / Remote – £60,000 plus Package

We are helping one of the UK's brightest Tech companies who provide software and services to the banking and hedge fund market. Due to huge growth they urgently need a IT/Software Support Team Lead to join the team

This is a home-based role. After lockdown you can use the office in Banbury if you wish.

To be a successful, the ideal candidate will have:

A strong background in Banking / Asset Management or Hedge fund environments
A strong knowledge of application support
A good knowledge of PL/SQL
Experience leading and managing a team of support engineers
Establish a culture of continual improvement in the support team
Great personality and naturally collaborative
Friendly, willing to learn and a love of techWhat is in it for you?
