We are currently looking for a highly motivated Technical Team Lead to join our proactive and highly performing team based in High Wycombe.
As our Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for a team of Technical Agents who provide support for our converged customers with cloud-based IP telephony and mobile solutions.
As Technical Team Lead, you will report to the Head of Support, monitoring team tickets against SLA performance, handling day-to-day escalations and leading high-priority incidents alongside the team. You will work alongside our partners to understand ways to improve relationships and drive customer satisfaction – providing reports and analysis where required.
This is a busy role with demanding clients and challenging SLA’s to meet. You need to be strong-willed, resilient and able to adapt and refocus quickly. We’re an incredibly energetic, fun, and hardworking team, who want the best for our customers. Our Technical Team Lead should be detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with at least two years’ experience in a technical/administrative role, and experience of managing a team in a customer service or service desk environment.
