As the Technical Support Engineer, you will provide support to all Technical Platforms Operating Systems and Database Management Systems. You will provide support and management to infrastructure in which a bespoke application runs from. This is a client facing role, so excellent interpersonal skills are a must!
Responsibilities:
* Top tier support to clients
* Monitor of Azure Cloud footprint
* Management and support of network component
* Commitment to work outside of hours as and when required
Requirements:
* 3 years Windows server administration
* Networking concept and management
* Service monitoring and alerting
* Azure management and administration
* Infrastructure updates and patching
* PowerShell scripting
* Service desk systems support
* SQL
