ESRI UK are seeking additional for a Technical Support Dispatchers to join our team of ArcGIS System experts based in Aylesbury. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a good basic salary plus bonus up to 20%

As our Technical Support Dispatcher, you will report to the Support Lead and enable customer success by providing valuable technical support.
Responsibilities of our Technical Support Dispatcher:
Receiving and responding to customer technical enquiries, accurately recording, reproducing, and diagnosing them, gathering the insight required to resolve issues
Working with technical Subject Matter Experts across the business and internationally to investigate and resolve complex scenarios
Creating and sharing ArcGIS and related technology best practice and content
Being an advocate for our products and services, promoting the benefits to customers, partners and internal teams
Assisting with identifying sales opportunities using your knowledge of the ArcGIS Platform, providing invaluable contributions to customer success initiatives across Esri UK
Contributing to technical research projects and assist our training team with the delivery of technical training courses
Helping the Esri Education team, providing technical input for their Schools and Higher Education programmes
What we are looking for in a Technical Support Dispatcher:
This would be a great career move if you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and:
Have a passion for GIS combined with an excellent working knowledge of the ArcGIS platform and Esri Product portfolio (essential)
Are ideally educated to degree level in Geography, GIS or Computer Sciences (or have relevant industry-based experience). Previous experience of working in a customer facing role would be an advantage.
Can build great professional relationships with customers and colleagues alike
Adapt how you communicate technical information to suit your audience
Have strong communication skills, combined with the confidence to talk to individuals and groups of customers, both face to face and on the phone
Are organized and can plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines, whilst having the flexibility to take on assignments at short notice too
Have an awareness and interest in wider IT trends and our competitors and an understanding of how these relate to GIS and Esri UK
Because of the types of data and clients we work with, all our positions require successful candidates to undergo a basic security clearance.

The location – Whilst you will initially work from home, once they are open again you will be based at least some days every week at one of our offices in either Aylesbury, Cambridge, Edinburgh, or Belfast.
