Technical Support / System Administrator
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Technical Support based in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and will earn a negotiable salary depending on experience.
Role Requirements
Active Directory experience in users, groups & group policies
Windows 10 knowledge
Server 2012 and upwards knowledge
At least 5 years in an IT role
Experience setting up and maintaining hosted environments
SQL
Firewall/ Network setup experience (Dell sonic wall is ideal!)
Role Responsibilities
Supporting and maintaining internal IT systems
Installing and upgrading various software packages and add-ons for customers
Providing technical support both internally and externally for customers

Our client is a long-standing Sage Business Partner who specialise in Sage 200 & Intacct business software packages. The company offers a number of services including implementation, consultancy, support, training & bespoke development. They are looking for someone to join their technical team.
