Technical Project Manager
Our Offer
Capgemini Engineering is looking for Technical Project Manager to join team working on cutting-edge technologies.
Key Accountabilities
* Identifying stakeholders and pro-actively engaging for discovery phase
* Good experience on cost modelling, budgeting and stakeholder management
* Preparing and maintaining schedules for project activities and events, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements
* Managing changes and issues arising in the project scope , schedule ,quality.
* Preparing and maintaining an overall schedule for resource use in related projects
* Developing, implementing and updating resources requirement plans from client perspective
* Identifying and monitoring risks (threats and opportunities), planning and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues that affect projects
* Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests
* Weekly reporting to customer senior programme management teams
* Managing Escalations on missing inputs, continuous reprioritization.
Skills
* Telecom Experience is must. Ideally in PSTN, router, fixed line equipment’s domain.
* Schedule Management – Planning , execution and monitoring performance of the schedules
* Risk Management – Identification of risks , assessment of material impact , defining risk budget , managing responses
* Cost management – cost forecast, validations, working with suppliers on budgeting
* Resource Management – Manage and engage customer SMEs for discovery phase
* Be decisive and be able to manage work under pressure
* Conflict Resolution
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
