My client based in the Milton Keynes area is looking to recruit a Technical Lead Software Developer on a Permanent basis.

You will lead developments with the Scrum Teams to deliver new products, customer developments and support companies technical estate.

The main responsibilities for the role include

– Leading cross functional scrum teams responsible for hands-on delivery of software
– Liaising with relevant stakeholders to establish and implement requirements
– Deliver new customer requirements
– Implement improvements in working practices
– Mentor and support other members in the Software Development Department
– Being aware of emerging technology trends and proposing and implementing new solutions

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

– Oracle Java Professional and Oracle MySQL Developer Certification would be advantageous
– Extensive experience of working on full-stack web applications with an emphasis on configuration and reusability
– Experience of leading software development projects in Java and web frameworks
– Experience of major redesign and refactoring of complex enterprise solutions
– Technical leadership experience
– Experience of working in an agile environment
– Use and implantation of design patterns would be advantageous
– Extensive knowledge of web technologies incl HTML, CSS, JavaScript
– Extensive knowledge of web frameworks (Angular, Formly, Bootstrap )
– Extensive knowledge of Java 8+
– Extensive knowledge of REST, SOAP and SOA
– Experience with MySQLT

This role will require you to work 3 days a week in the office and the salary on offer is up to £60,000
