HOMEBASED 

This a role for an experienced software product owner / product specialist or similar with expertise in NHS software products, and experience of ensuring design specifications are meet and products are configured in line with specified requirements. You will join and innovative software company where the end client is the NHS; the focus of this role is solutions for shared care records and patient health records, previous experience of working on NHS projects or directly for the NHS is essential for this role.

Ultimately this role is to ensure the customer has the product tailored to their needs; this involves understanding how the content build is shaped and the end result is it is configured to meet the agreed design. This not the core software development of the system it is how the content works for the customer.

Key skills and experience required for the Software Product Specialist:

Experience of working in or with the NHS 

Thorough understanding of the operational procedures  within different NHS departments

Experience of configuring software solutions to design specifications

Conduct configuration design workshops to make sure there is clear management and control of the configuration build.

Conduct regular reviews of the configuration build and associated documentation

Support product training

Work with the various team to facilitate smooth implementation

Product demonstrations

Willingness to travel when required, occasional over nights stays
