Working as part of the IT Department, the software engineering team are responsible for all system development of a market leading suite of applications.

Reporting directly to a Senior Software Engineer, the successful candidate will be expected to help liaise with our Business Analysis and UX teams to investigate, interpret and subsequently implement core improvements to our software, ensuring our applications continue to offer the best possible solutions to our customers.

The Role

* Developing on Asp.Net Core Frameworks using C#

* Developing on a database first approach using MS SQL Server and Entity Framework

* Working closely with other members of your team

* Testing and quality control of your own and other developer’s code

* Documentation of code and SQL etc. to maintain good development practices

* Participate in daily Agile SCRUM

* Working with clients and collaborating with other staff members as and when required

* Assisting in software deployments and releases

* Willingness to provide occasional out of hours support

* Continue to stay up to date with the latest technological developments and continued development of personal skills

* GIT or other similar, version control systems

* Less/SCSS

The Salary

* A competitive starting salary of £30,000 – £32,000
