On offer is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer or Lead Software Engineer to take their next steps in their career and join a Global MSP as a Head of Software Developer as they go through a rapid period of growth. The successful Head of Software Development will play a key role supporting the directors of the business as they set a business strategy and goals for the future. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the SDLC processes, recommend and drive adoption of tools to improve efficiency and provide software environments based on best practises.

This role would suit a Senior Software Engineer or Lead Engineer who has previously run teams of up to 10 people. Who has a solid understand on Software Development best practises, and Software Environment implementation? Someone who is keen to take their next steps in their careers and manage a Software department.

The Role:

Maintain and upgrade the software environments.
Support directors, drive business efficiencies, set goals and future road map.
Design Software Solutions.The Peron:
